Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called for more practical and effective support from international community, especially assistance from developed countries in terms of finance, technology, human resource training and governance for developing countries.
Pham made the call while delivering his remarks at the inaugural session of the third Voice of Global South Summit in virtual format on August 17.
The event, hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is themed “An Empowered Global South for a Sustainable Future”.
