Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Hai attends Startup Mahakumb 2025

Following the IndoVietnam Startup Seminar held on April 2, 2025, Vietnamese Ambassador to India Nguyễn Thanh Hải attended the Startup Mahakumbh 2025 event on April 3, 2025. The event took place in New Delhi from April 3–5, 2025, and is India’s largest startup gathering, designed to bring together startups, investors, tech corporations, government organizations, and top universities from both India and abroad.

At the event, Ambassador Nguyễn Thanh Hải inaugurated the exhibition booth featuring two standout Vietnamese startups: Xintel and Vdiarybook. This marked the first time Vietnamese startups have showcased their products at one of the region’s largest startup forums. The two companies introduced innovative solutions in digital education and smart tourism, attracting strong interest from international investors and partners. In his remarks, the Ambassador emphasized that the event demonstrates the vast potential for collaboration between the Vietnamese and Indian startup ecosystems, and reflects Vietnam’s strong commitment to fostering innovation and global integration.

With the theme “Driving Global Innovation”, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 provided a dynamic networking platform, where over 1,000 startups from various sectors—such as artificial intelligence, fintech, digital agriculture, healthcare, education, and green technology—had the opportunity to showcase their products, seek investment, exchange knowledge, and expand their global partnerships. More than just a celebration of India’s entrepreneurial spirit, Startup Mahakumbh 2025 also served as a strategic bridge connecting startup ecosystems across the region, including Vietnam’s, towards a future of sustainable, innovative, and globalized development.
