On 26 January 2026, at the Embassy of Viet Nam, Ambassador Nguyễn Thanh Hải had a productive and constructive exchange with a delegation from the Institute of Quantum Technology, Viet Nam National University, Hà Nội, led by Dr. Nguyễn Quốc Hưng, Director of the Institute, on quantum cooperation between Viet Nam and India.
