Implementation of Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP dated January 15, 2025, on Visa Exemption under the 2025 Tourism Stimulus Program for Citizens of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Switzerland

On January 15, 2025, the Government issued Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP on visa exemption under the 2025 tourism stimulus program for citizens of the Republic of Poland, the Czech Republic, and the Swiss Confederation (citizens of the three countries). Citizens of these countries are granted visa-free entry with a stay of up to 45 days from the date of entry for tourism purposes under programs organized by international travel service businesses in Vietnam. This exemption applies regardless of passport type, provided the following conditions are met:

(i) Entry conditions as stipulated in the Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam;

(ii) A passport valid for at least six months;

(iii) Entry for tourism purposes under programs organized by international travel service businesses in Vietnam, with a confirmation document of participation in the tourism program (as per Form No. 2 in the attached documents).

The visa exemption policy for citizens of these three countries will be implemented from March 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
