Ambassador Pham Sanh Chau had a fruitful meeting with Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala, member of Politburo of the Communist Party of India (Marxist),  Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, to discuss various steps for cooperation between the State of Kerala and Vietnam’s provinces. Looking forward to closer cooperation.
