On 3 September 2020, Representative Office of Vietnam’s Science and Technology (VOST) in India worked with Indian Institute of Petroleum – Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (IIP-CSIR). Two sides discussed initiatives to promote cooperation in potential fields.
From the result of above discussion, in October, VOST will support IIP-CSIR and Vietnam Petroleum Institute (VPI) to organize virtual workshop on the theme “Mature Field Development and IOR/EOR Technology”. This workshop provides a platform for sharing experience, knowledge, successes and challenges, learnings and ideas to further develop IOR/EOR technologies and their applications; in a focused and practical manner for the benefit of engineering professionals in the oil and gas industry. The two-day workshop will be highly interactive; encouraging all the participants to contribute their knowledge and findings on mature fields IOR/EOR challenges, while networking with industry colleagues and innovators through discussions and teamwork.
