On November 3rd, in New Delhi, Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Hai received a delegation from Ben Tre province led by Chairman of the People’s Committee Tran Ngoc Tam and leaders of numerous departments and businesses. Before their arrival in New Delhi, the delegation had undertaken several activities to promote trade, investment, and tourism in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, India.
Chairman of Ben Tre shared, with in-depth exchanges in areas such as exploitation and processing of coconut products, high-tech aquaculture, etc., the delegation realized many cooperative potentials between Ben Tre and localities of India. Along with that, the delegation also visited a number of facilities in the field of India’s strength, especially medical and technology training.
Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Hai affirmed that economic diplomacy for development is high on the Embassy’s agenda. The Ambassador highly appreciated the attention of the leaders of Ben Tre province to the Indian market and affirmed that he would support promote trade and investment between Ben Tre province and Indian partners.
