Viet Nam Ambassador Pham Sanh Chau met with Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla on Friday 21 August. They reviewed cooperation between the two countries in various fields and discussed measures to further strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
In 2016, during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Vietnam, bilateral relations were further elevated to a ‘Comprehensive Strategic Partnership’.
